Notice and Take Down Policy

Purpose

New England Sign Carvers respects the intellectual property rights of others. This Notice and Take Down Policy describes the process for reporting content on our website that you believe infringes your copyright or other rights.

Filing a Notice

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright or other rights, please send a written notice to signs@nesigncarvers.com or to our mailing address at 25 Lyman Rd, Middlefield, CT 06455. Your notice should include:

• A description of the copyrighted work or other right you claim has been infringed.
• A description of the material on our website that you claim is infringing, including the URL or location.
• Your contact information, including name, address, email, and phone number.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

Our Response

Upon receiving a proper notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will make a good-faith effort to contact the party who posted the material, if applicable.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact information described above. We will review the counter-notice and may restore the content if appropriate.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who are found to repeatedly post infringing content.
